How to Play

Side by side. Eyes forward. First to ten wins.

The Position
Stand side by side, shoulder to shoulder, facing opposite directions. Arms at natural extension. Eyes always forward.

Scoring
Grip the forearm, wrist, hand, or fingers. Hold for 1 second = 1 point. First to 5 (under 12) or 10 (13+).

No Fists — Ever
Blocking is open palms only. No striking, punching, or closed-fist contact of any kind. Violations = immediate disqualification.

The Yank
A gripped player may yank once to break free. Masters hold through it.

Unused hand behind back. No pulling. Switch arms between rounds. Shake hands after every round.
